Should you need to cancel your registration, you may substitute someone to take your place, at any time, at no cost to you. If you need to cancel, please see below for refund information.

If you cancel at least 14 days before the training:
If you have to cancel, you will receive a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee.

If you cancels within 14 days to the scheduled training, no refunds will be available.
